DELIVERY

CLIPS normally dispatches all orders within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of the payment having been cleared.

Orders are dispatched through Courier – it typically takes 2-4 days for transit time, depending on your location. Deliveries to smaller towns could take an additional 2- 3 days. Please contact us at: divya@clipsindia.com if you have specific questions on this.

Delivery charges are in addition and are shown separately at the time of checkout. Delivery charges are calculated on the basis of weight, volume and destination of the shipment.

Non-availability of Goods

If goods ordered by you are not available, we will:

1. Promptly be in touch with you and advise you of this fact and the likely date of their being available
2. Whenever possible, we will offer you one or more alternative products

3. At your option, we will either:

(a) hold the order until all goods are in stock

(b) ship the order with an alternative accepted by you

(c) ship the order with only those goods ordered by you which are available.

If there is a difference between the amount paid and Invoice Value, this will, of course, need to be settled.
