CLIPS understands and respects the privacy of the information provided to us by our customers. It is CLIPS’ policy to utilize this information solely for the purposes for which it has been provided and to take all steps to ensure its confidentiality and integrity.

Collection of information.
Customers may browse through the CLIPS site without “logging in” or providing any information about themselves.

However, at various stages of developing an order, you will be asked for information such as:

- your name and address
- your phone and e-mail contacts
- items selected by you and their quantities
- etc.

We need this information to process and execute your order.

In addition, we will request for information in regard to your proposed form of payment. If paying by credit card or by direct debit to your bank account, you will be diverted to the ‘Payment Gateway”, which is an independent Verisign–secured site. Please note that information provided at this site is not made available to CLIPS. The operator of the Payment Gateway has its own Policies and Procedures for ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of the information submitted to it. Please contact them directly should you have any questions or concerns.

Utilization of Information

We will utilize the information you provide us to execute your order.
Some or all of the information you provide us may be provided to:

- the Payment Gateway in case of credit card payments as described above
- Our Shipping associates who will deliver the goods to you.

We will also utilize the information you provide us to inform you of special offers etc. from time to time. Should you not be interested in receiving such offers, please send an email with “Unsubscribe” in the subject box to divya@clipsindia.com.

CLIPS does not “sell” or “rent” information about its customers to third parties. However, we may develop joint marketing programmes with trusted third parties that could entail exchanging customer information. Again, should you not wish to be included in such programmes, please advise us as described in the preceding paragraph.
