RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note all sales are final and we cannot, normally, entertain any request for return or exchange.

In particular, we encourage customers to inspect goods upon delivery. Any shortages or damage must be noted on the Receiving copy of the Invoice to enable us take up the matter with the Insurance Company and/or Courier Company on your behalf.

All goods carry the warranties of their manufactures, who alone are responsible for any claims that may arise in this regard.

Should you have a problem or complaint and wish to return or exchange any merchandise, please follow the following procedure:

1. Send us a mail (divya@clipsindia.com) explaining the problem. Indicate clearly the number and date of invoice.

2. Explain to us in this mail why you feel it is the supplier’s responsibility and how you would like to see the problem handled.

3. We will review your request. If we determine that we should accept the goods back, we will e-mail you a Return Authorisation Number (“RAN”), together with our response to your request.

4. Please return the goods to us quoting the RAN in the shipping documents.

PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCEPT GOODS SENT TO US WITHOUT THE RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
